Tom's blog

Tom's blog started as a diary of his first year conducting a class with veterans with Post Traumatic Stress, and continued as a forum for his work with veterans.

It reflects his experiences and learning processes, along with the comments, criticisms and suggestions made by aikidoka with an interest in Post Traumatic Stress. It shows some of the issues he faced from the beginning, what helped or hindered the development of this program and his Aikido, and the importance of getting outside critique and advice from those who followed the blog, and mostly from family, close friends and aikidoka.
